This website (the “Site”) sells made-to-order, custom 3D-printed picture frames and optional accessories (such as backing kits). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Our frames are produced after you place an order. Because items are customized, we may not be able to accept cancellations or returns once production has started. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
3. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. We may charge applicable taxes and shipping fees as displayed during checkout. Discounts/promo codes are applied only if entered and accepted at checkout.
4. Order Processing
Production time varies based on size, complexity, and current order volume. We do not guarantee a specific production completion time unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, carrier delays are outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Defects

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations.
